Ask your current provider for an authorization code and for removing the transfer lock on your domain.
At the same time, make sure that your domain name is still valid for at least one month.

Enter the key in the transfer code field when ordering and order as you otherwise would.

Move your website to your new web hosting plan
Once your order has been processed, you can already move your emails and website to your new high-speed web host. The easiest way to do that is to follow guides in our knowledge base. You can also complete this step once the domain transfer is complete.

Confirm the transfer
We will process your order and in most cases you will receive an email to confirm the transfer. By opening the link, you will be able to approve the domain transfer. We will then complete the transfer process.

In its simplest form, it consists of a domain name and a server space. A domain is the address of your website on the internet. In other words, what you type into the address bar of your browser when you want to access a website. It could be the name of your company, for example yourcompany.fi. A server space is a place where you can put the files of the website you’ve built, or where you can install software such as WordPress, which allows you to easily manage your website.

You may have found service providers on the internet that market themselves as offering unlimited features, such as unlimited disk space or traffic.
Before you buy, read the terms and conditions! Usually, there are always restrictions in the contract terms – either clear limits or, more commonly, vague terms such as “reasonable use”. So don’t be surprised if you get a nasty notice of closure on such a service.
Unlimited services also have another unfortunate feature – these providers usually host a huge number of websites on the same server. Even if the service is initially fast, performance degrades as the number of users on the server grows, and capacity is usually not increased.
